As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include: Connecting with Customers : You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. Resolving Issues : You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. Responding to Requests : You will respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Tracking Call Information : You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Providing Feedback : You will provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services. Meeting Sales Objectives : You will meet sales objectives as defined, using your superior negotiating skills to drive results. Qualifications We are looking for individuals who are: Bilingual in Spanish and English Customer Service Experience : You should have at least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Age : You should be over 18 years of age. Typing Skills : You should be able to type at least 25 words per minute. Education : You should be a high school graduate or have a GED equivalent. Computer Skills : You should be comfortable using desktop computer systems and have experience with Windows operating systems. Communication Skills : You should have proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively. Problem-Solving Skills : You should have logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Availability : You should be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Sales Experience : You should have at least 6 months of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving results. Work from Home Requirements To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet Connection : You should have a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. ISP Requirements : Your ISP should have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms. Proof of Internet Speed : You should be able to provide proof of your internet speed.
