Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Earnings Potential** As an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to create a schedule that works best for you, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, expanding your skillset and broadening your horizons. **Schedule** Our flexible schedule opportunities allow you to create your own schedule, with available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. You'll have the freedom to choose the hours that suit you best, and you'll be able to work at a pace that's comfortable for you. **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed as an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software * Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks * Customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment * Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns * Strong ownership of customer issues, with the ability to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution * Tech savvy and avid computer user * Ability to communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure your success as an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll need to meet the following work environment requirements: * Quiet, uninterrupted space * Organized desk area **Technology Requirements** To perform your duties as an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll need to meet the following technology requirements: * Personal computer (no tablet) * Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed * Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system * Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date * Wired USB headset with microphone * Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility * No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during arenaflex working time **Important Information** As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * You must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. * You must successfully pass a criminal background check. * You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. * arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
