Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, addressing client inquiries and concerns related to bookkeeping software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting needs. Utilize your expertise in bookkeeping and accounting practices to resolve complex issues, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related topics. Demonstrate a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software, providing expert guidance and support to clients. Effectively cross-sell relevant products while addressing customer concerns, showcasing your ability to think critically and provide value-added solutions. Take ownership of customer issues, working to resolve problems efficiently and effectively, and providing confident resolution to clients. Maintain a high level of professionalism and a friendly tone, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting practices. Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment. Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate complex software and troubleshoot issues. Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience working with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online.
