Job Overview In this dynamic role, you will serve as the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support and assistance through in-person and real-time chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers via chat, maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, and effectively handling customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. As a Brand Ambassador, you will also have the opportunity to build relationships in-store, train staff, and provide reports on customer trends and queries. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via chat to provide prompt, polite, and informative support, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive assistance, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the industry Effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism, utilizing excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Provide reports on chats handled to give us a better insight into customer and query trends, helping to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences Train in-store staff to a level where they feel confident in demonstrating arenaflex's products and services when you are not around, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and personal qualities. These include: Proven experience as a Live Chat Operator or Customer Service Representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling, and the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding service A genuine passion for photography, videography, and/or print, with a good understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and print technology Adaptability, patience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a big personality Ability to learn quickly and a drive for self-development, with a valid Driving License and the ability to travel all over the country when required Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience working with imaging and print products, or in a related industry, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies Technical knowledge of photography and videography equipment, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer trends and queries, and provide insights to inform business decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
