**Experienced Building Automation Systems (BAS) Console Operator and Calibration Technician – Remote Work Opportunity**

Our commitment to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers, and find a place where they belong is at the heart of everything we do. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Building Automation Systems (BAS) Console Operator and Calibration Technician, you will play a critical role in monitoring and maintaining various computerized building automation systems to ensure they are operating within specified parameters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Monitoring the alarm screen of various BAS systems and performing virtual tours to identify equipment running out of design parameters or outside of schedules * Working alongside site mechanics and BAS engineers on troubleshooting equipment issues and turning equipment on and off for maintenance * Monitoring and dispatching alarms on various BAS systems * Performing virtual energy tours using site BAS systems * Documenting any and all changes to the BAS via an electronic document system * Notifying researchers on off-hours regarding scientific equipment in alarm **Work Schedule** The preferred candidate will need to be able to work up to 12 hours per shift (Pittman Schedule) either day or night shift. As an essential employee, you will be required to work during holidays and site closures with occasional mandatory overtime when required. You will also be required to work shift work, including nights and weekends. **Desired Qualifications and Experience** * Deep understanding of various BAS systems, including Siemens Desigo/Insight, Honeywell EBI, Web CTRL Autologic, etc. * Previous experience working in life sciences GxP environment * Trade school with an emphasis on HVAC * NJ High-Pressure Black Seal * High school diploma or equivalent * General understanding of building automation systems with an emphasis on: + Siemens (Desigo/Insight, Honeywell EBI, Web CTRL Autologic, etc.) + Knowledge of pharmaceutical HVAC equipment and how it is controlled and alarmed in an industrial/commercial environment + Proficient in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite programs **Required Skills and Experience** * High school diploma or equivalent * General understanding of building automation systems with an emphasis on: + Siemens (Desigo/Insight, Honeywell EBI, Web CTRL Autologic, etc.) + Knowledge of pharmaceutical HVAC equipment and how it is controlled and alarmed in an industrial/commercial environment + Proficient in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite programs **Benefits and Perks** At JLL, we recognize the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical, and emotional health.
