Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our team in Chicago, USA. As a key member of our Global Reporting group, you will contribute to arenaflex's success by collaborating with cross-functional finance teams to drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for a highly senior audience, including the board and executive leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading and improving our consolidated operating margin analyses. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to influence peers and leaders. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative approaches to complex problems and situations, conducting research including external benchmarking and using statistical tools and scenario analysis to guide sound financial business decisions. Provide training, guidance, and leadership to colleagues to achieve business results, including mentoring junior members of the team and performing first-level review responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. Drive and improve our consolidated working edge examinations, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. Work closely with senior leadership to present data, propose solutions, and identify opportunities for development, influencing decision-makers and driving business outcomes. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics. Intermediate experience with financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning, preferably in a similar industry. Proven experience contributing to and leading cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence others. Project management experience, with the ability to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, and measure results. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations to senior management. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or Master's in Finance. Professional certification in a relevant field, such as CPA or CFA. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel or financial modeling tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
