We're currently seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our FP&A Capabilities Community for G&A and cost management. As a Business Analysis Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our organization's G&A objectives and driving process improvements across the company. **About the Role** As a Business Analysis Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data experts and process owners within the FP&A Capabilities Community. Your primary focus will be on supporting key workstreams aligned with senior leadership needs, leading process development for new spend approval boards, and arranging, auditing, and presenting spend requests to a panel of finance leaders.
