Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As the face of arenaflex at the client's site, you will be responsible for interacting with and addressing the needs of guests and tenants by maintaining strong public relations and taking feedback and suggestions. You will also be responsible for cooperating, coordinating, and communicating with other departments to ensure a good customer experience, taking customer feedback, and sharing feedback points with the team for improvement of services. Key Responsibilities Maintain a hospitality outlook and always look presentable Take ownership of requests or complaints and ensure they are handled effectively within the specified timeframe Conduct daily rounds of the premises and report any lapses or observations to the relevant team Conduct timely Customer Feedback Surveys and share reports with the client or management Respond to emergency situations as per arenaflex policies and contact the proper authorities when needed Be familiar with lost and found procedures Nominate and attend training programs at the site or arenaflex office Address concerns through daily checking of emails for priority requests Receive calls and emails from clients and ensure closure of complaints by proper communication to stakeholders Help with activities like filing, checking, and maintaining inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, and dashboards Update the handover/takeover register before the end of the shift for all completed or pending tasks Manage and participate in events, overlooking general maintenance and guest handling Site Details You will be working on Raheja Ascencio, a residential property located at Powai, Mumbai. The site dynamics include a work schedule that may require flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. You will be directly reporting to the Customer Relation Manager or Property Manager as per the site. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A relevant educational background in hospitality with a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience or 2-3 years of experience in client or customer-facing roles Good communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi language Willingness to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays is an added advantage Basic understanding of operating computers, mobile applications, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is also preferred Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a similar role in the real estate industry Knowledge of customer relationship management software Certification in customer service or a related field Skill and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to collate information, using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
