Job Overview We are looking for an accomplished Call Center and Customer Service Representative to work remotely and provide top-notch support to our customers. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that offers a competitive pay rate of $16 per hour on W2. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you must be available to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities As a Call Center and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services Recording customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns Performing data entry accurately Performing other duties as assigned by management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
