About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team as a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Specialist. As an FNOL Representative I, you will be responsible for providing top-notch inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims, which are crucial for reporting damage to our clients' property. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in delivering outstanding service to customer representatives and analyzing photos to determine damage. Key Responsibilities: Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL, ensuring prompt and professional service. Communicate effectively with customers, entering data accurately into our customized database to ensure seamless claim processing. Report underground damage to locate companies when applicable, demonstrating your ability to work with various stakeholders. Provide outstanding service to customer representatives, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Analyze photos and map the correct location, utilizing your analytical skills to determine damage and support the claim process. Our Tiered Support Bonus System offers additional earnings based on total fees generated across the company during the month, with three levels of bonuses: Level 1: $105 Level 2: $150 Level 3: $205 Furthermore, our FNOL Incentive Program provides high-performers with an opportunity to earn more per month, in addition to the tiered support bonus system. This incentive is calculated daily and paid on the 5th of the following month, with the potential to earn $10 per day for meeting set standards. Essential Qualifications: Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free, demonstrating your proficiency in data entry and communication. Full competence with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches, showcasing your technical skills and adaptability. Advanced phone and verbal communication skills, with excellent written communication and reading skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and process claims. Active listening skills, allowing you to understand customer needs and provide personalized support. Must be able to analyze and interpret photos to determine damage, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills. High School Diploma or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service call center experience required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Teams, demonstrating your familiarity with collaboration tools and technology. Previous experience in a remote work setting, showcasing your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
