Using active listening skills to understand the needs and complaints of our customers, asking questions to clarify their concerns, and providing personalized solutions to address their issues. Remaining calm and professional while dealing with angry or frustrated customers, providing them with empathetic and solution-focused support to resolve their issues. Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency with computers, especially with regards to CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension, remaining calm and professional in high-pressure situations, and providing empathetic support to our customers. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple calls, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
