Job Overview This exciting opportunity offers a $3,000.00 sign-on bonus, paid out in three installments: $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,500 after 1 year. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, creating meaningful connections with customers and providing personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Your goal will be to deliver effective and timely resolutions, meeting monthly sales goals and ultimately providing an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer service calls, addressing billing and payment inquiries, plan changes, and upgrades Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer questions and concerns Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records Provide personalized recommendations for arenaflex's products and services, meeting monthly sales goals Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective communication Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, with access to manager or support team assistance Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services as needed Essential Qualifications Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) Ability to work from home, meeting arenaflex's WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts, following technical support processes and complying with organizational security and compliance standards Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales goals Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or willingness to learn and adapt quickly Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
