Job Summary As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, policy, and other healthcare-related topics. Your primary responsibility will be to work in an inbound call center, answering telephones, and responding to customer questions in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Your Role in Our Mission As a Call Center Customer Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include: Answering telephones and responding to customer questions and/or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiating required confirmation without direct supervision Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner Processing calls in a timely, accurate, and quality manner to ensure service levels are met or exceeded Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients regarding customer service issues and ensuring inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions Staying abreast of industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management Ability to follow oral and written directions In addition to these requirements, we prefer candidates with experience in the healthcare industry, knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
