Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to inbound calls from healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. * Researching customer inquiries and responding to them in a timely and accurate manner. * Processing calls efficiently, accurately, and with quality to ensure service levels are met or exceeded. * Collaborating with team members, management, customers, and clients to resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria. * Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service trends to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center. **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management. * Ability to follow oral and written directions. **What You Can Expect in This Role** * Full-time (40 hours a week) position with the possibility of shift work and overtime when necessary. * Remote work from home with a minimum broadband internet connection speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. * Most benefits start on the first day of employment, including comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) employer match, and educational assistance. * Opportunities for career growth and development through our leadership and technical development academies. * A generous, flexible vacation policy and a variety of leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities. **Compensation and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
