You'll work under the direct supervision of our team leaders, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into our proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing pharmacy data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all information entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary. * Resolve Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Exceptions. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent (GED). * Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. * Comprehensive training and development programs to help you grow and succeed in your career. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement. * Flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our customers and patients. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
