Our mission is to make more joyful lives through better health, and we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our omnichannel approach. **Job Summary** As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing high-volume customer service, handling patient enrollment, and data entry tasks. You'll work closely with our patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages. * Handle patient enrollment, data entry, and other administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Investigate and resolve issues related to patient medication demands, top-off orders, and other data entry-related matters. * Settle correspondence with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, as needed. * Settle outsider oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling, as per individual arrangement necessities. * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to ensure seamless patient care. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff, as needed. * Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintain a functioning expert permit or confirmation. **Essential Qualifications** * High school certificate or GED. * Essential level PC abilities, including: + Starting and closing the computer. + Using the mouse to point and click. + Starting and closing programs. + Switching between programs. + Saving records. + Printing reports. + Accessing data online. * Essential web search tools abilities, including: + Opening a program. + Composing in URLs in the right area. + Using a web search tool. + Bookmarking a webpage. + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons. + Completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding abilities, including: + Typing at least 25 WPM. + Typing by memory. + Organizing reports. * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certificate office. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of consumer satisfaction. * Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding abilities, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM. + Typing by memory. + Designing reports. * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work from home in a remote environment. * Comprehensive training and onboarding program. * Ongoing support and development opportunities. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
