Our mission is to provide a seamless omnichannel experience, combining the latest technology with a human touch to deliver top-notch products and services to our customers. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry Work At Home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients while working from the comfort of your own home. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries, resolving their issues, and providing them with accurate information about our products and services. Your primary focus will be on data entry, patient enrollment, and medication management, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all information entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary. * Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognize and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintain a current professional permit or certification. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Basic web search skills (e.g., open a program, type in URLs in the address bar, use a search engine, bookmark a webpage, navigate using back/forward/stop buttons, and complete forms online). * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as recognized by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work from home in a remote environment. * Comprehensive training and onboarding program. * Ongoing support and feedback from experienced team members. * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits. * A dynamic and supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
