Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients. This is a full-time remote opportunity, and we are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Utilize blithequark's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter data into our system. Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve data entry-related exceptions and communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders as needed. Provide support to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, both in the office and in different locations. Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate. Obtain a valid professional license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintain an active professional license or certification. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and accessing information online. Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, and completing forms online. Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1-2 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by the state as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
