Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling high-volume client requests, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will work under direct supervision, adhering to established guidelines and protocols to ensure seamless operations. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional patient care, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Utilize blithequark's data entry systems and protocols to process new patient enrollments, enter patient and medication information, and handle patient medication requests in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Investigate and resolve missing medication data, decipher medical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle data entry-related exceptions. Handle inbound and outbound communications with patients, prescribers, and guarantors, including phone calls, visits, and messages. Resolve Third-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. Maintain a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and keep an active professional license or certification throughout employment. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and accessing information online. Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, and completing forms online. Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
