You will be responsible for handling high-volume client requests, working under direct supervision, and adhering to state and government guidelines. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed. * Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintain a current expert permit or certification. **Essential Qualifications** * High school certificate or GED. * Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
