Job Summary As a Chat Moderator at Blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Discord server remains a welcoming and safe environment for all users. This part-time, remote position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include moderating chat, enforcing community guidelines, and providing exceptional support to our users. Key Responsibilities: Chat Moderation: Monitor and moderate the chat in our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions align with our community guidelines. Rule Enforcement: Delete messages, ban users, and mute individuals who violate server rules, with a focus on maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment. Investigations: Investigate reports made by users regarding potential rule violations, and take appropriate action based on findings. Community Engagement: Collaborate with other team members to foster a positive community atmosphere, encouraging user engagement and participation. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of moderation actions, including reports, bans, and other relevant activities. Qualifications: To be successful as a Chat Moderator at Blithequark, you will need: Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age. Education: Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
