Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a people person, a quick thinker, and a master of multitasking, this role is perfect for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, maintaining a positive and friendly tone throughout conversations * Utilize your gaming experience and problem-solving skills to create a wow-ing experience for customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Utah * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred, but not required **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the gaming industry or a related field * Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles * Knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred) * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
