Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance, ensuring that gig workers receive comprehensive support and resolution. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
