About the Chat Support Associate Role As a Chat Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with our community of veterinary professionals to support their critical purchasing decisions and processes through our platform. You'll work collaboratively with our support team to provide an exceptional user experience through live chats, phone calls, emails, and platform demos. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs.
