Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media, ensuring prompt and accurate responses that meet our high standards of customer service. Educate current and potential customers about our products and services, providing them with relevant information and supporting them in achieving their goals. Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all interactions and transactions are properly documented and up-to-date. Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations Team for swift resolution, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their problems. Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve customer service processes and driving continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and exceptional experience. Key Performance Indicators Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, providing suitable and satisfactory solutions that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. Educate customers on our services and processes to enhance their overall experience and drive customer satisfaction. Escalate any unresolved issues to the Team Leader, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction. Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives, maintaining high-quality service standards and driving continuous improvement. Adhere strictly to shift schedules, ensuring seamless customer support coverage and minimizing downtime. Follow laid down internal policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance at all times and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Work collaboratively with the team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, and innovation. Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree from any stream if a Fresher, or a minimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. Passionate about customer care, with a genuine desire to assist and serve customers, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Good typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent grammar and vocabulary, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Able to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision, and a fast learner who can adapt to changing customer needs and work with set targets. Must be time flexible and available to work in a rotational shift system, including holidays and weekends, and willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and analytically, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on resolving customer complaints and concerns. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software applications, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in customer service.
