About the Role: Chat Support Specialist As a Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving queries, and providing top-notch support to clients across various industries. Handle a high volume of customer support requests, troubleshooting problems and answering questions in a clear and concise manner. Utilize CRM/support tools to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data to improve support services. Requirements to Become a Freelance Chat Support Specialist at blithequark: Must be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection. No prior experience is required, but having experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Articulate, personable, and reliable with excellent writing skills and email etiquette. At least 1 year of chat support experience or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience with CRM/support tools, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and resolve conflicts. Proficient in using technology, including chat software, email, and phone systems.
