The arenaflex Administrative association was established to address the unique mission, legal/administrative requirements, and acquisition rules and processes of the US Government (USG). arenaflex Government is focused on ensuring its assets – including appropriately qualified, experienced, and certified staff (with essential trusted status, etc.) – are available on a case-by-case basis to meet USG evolving needs. With that in mind, arenaflex embraces adaptability in the selecting, recruiting, and workforce management of arenaflex Government faculty. arenaflex Government faculty can expect to serve in various roles within the arenaflex Administrative association throughout their career to meet advancing USG needs, regardless of segment – Civilian, Defense, or Intelligence Community. **Client Achievement: arenaflex's Commitment to Client Success** arenaflex strives to help our clients achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of arenaflex Cloud solutions and support offerings. To this end, arenaflex invests in a dedicated Client Achievement group that will help arenaflex clients effectively understand their business results. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Client Achievement Record Supervisor (CSAM), you are the primary client-facing role responsible for client success through the management of program deliveries and client relationships. The predominant business need is the clients' successful adoption and effective use of arenaflex cloud innovations. You will be the voice of the client, supporting their digital transformation and empowering them to achieve more! Key Accountabilities include: * **Deliver Support Contract Commitments:** Drive quality training and delivery of Help services to acknowledge client business results and overall experience in arenaflex solutions. * **Collaborate with Clients and Record Group:** Work with your client and Record Group to focus on and plan client engagement and projects across cloud and on-premises roles. * **Define Results:** Determine results to improve the health, performance, and business acumen of targeted roles to drive client value recognition. * **Foster Deep Relationships:** Develop strong relationships with key client Software and IT leaders, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their organization to empower them to be cloud advocates. * **Arrange, Client Support Management, and Partner Communication:** Plan, manage, and communicate client support and partner engagement for targeted commitments and projects. * **Track, Enhance, and Plan for Remediation:** Track, enhance, and plan for the remediation of technical blockers and provide design feedback to further our products and solutions as needed. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Four-year degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years of client achievement, program delivery, practice management, client-facing counseling, or portfolio management experience. * **Experience:** Experience with progress in complex technical commitment management as well as program management. * **Security Clearance:** The successful applicant should have an active U.S. Government Highly classified Trusted status. Ability to meet arenaflex, client, and government security screening requirements is expected for this role. Inability to maintain or acquire the necessary clearance and client screening requirements may result in business activity up to and including termination. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Earlier Work Experience:** Previous work experience in a Program Manager or Commitment Director role focused on Cloud and software/services delivery. Additionally, experience working with Department of Defense clients. * **Leadership Skills:** Experience driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring complete and thorough verbal and written communication. Show abilities with a level of comfort with both large and small crowds and different levels of management (C-Suite). * **Project Management Foundation (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.** * **ProSci or equivalent Change Management certification.** * **Experience in at least one of the following areas: Cloud, mobile, web application development, cloud-native application design Microsoft certification in significant technologies (e.g., Azure, M365), or competitor same.** **Work Environment and Company Culture:** We are continuously learning.
