Investigate and Resolve Issues: Identify and assess client needs to achieve first-contact resolution, providing accurate and detailed information about products, services, and policies. Provide Product and Service Information: Offer comprehensive knowledge about our products and services, addressing client queries and concerns with confidence and expertise. Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Resolve technical problems and escalate complex issues to relevant teams, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
