As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for customer service and your commitment to excellence. **Job Description** As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you will play a vital role in our Contact Center team, providing world-class customer service to physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims * Continuously evaluating current policies and SOPs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending process enhancements * Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner * Reading and understanding explanation of benefits or correspondence * Documenting all activity related to claims * Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients * Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or obtain better billing information **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met accurately and efficiently * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products and services * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Remote work experience and ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity * Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Technical Requirements:** * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second * No satellite internet * Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord; equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port **Why Join blithequark?** * Work from home opportunity with a flexible schedule * Generous paid time off and comprehensive benefits package * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options * Flexible Spending Accounts * 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase plans * No Charge Lab Testing * Fitness Reimbursement Program * And many more incentives! **Pay Range:** The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00. **Application Window:** The application window closes on 9/11/2024. **Schedule:** Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST **Benefits:** All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
