Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. Your role will involve providing product education, handling a wide variety of questions, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs, providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Read and understand explanations of benefits or correspondence, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of information. Document all activity made to a claim, maintaining detailed and accurate records. Communicate effectively via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues promptly. Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or obtain better billing information, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and systems. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. REMOTE WORK: A dedicated work-from-home space, allowing you to manage your time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity. Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus, although not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support. Technical Requirements To ensure seamless remote work, you will need: An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, enabling efficient communication and data transfer. No satellite internet, ensuring reliable and consistent connectivity. The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord, as equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports. Why Join arenaflex? You will work a schedule of Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST, with opportunities for flexibility and growth.
