Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on providing product education, handling a wide variety of questions, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs, providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Read and understand explanations of benefits or correspondence, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of information. Document all activity made to a claim, maintaining detailed and accurate records. Communicate effectively via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues promptly. Utilize various tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or obtain better billing information, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and systems. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. A dedicated work-from-home space, allowing you to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting. The ability to manage time and tasks independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous medical and/or call center experience is highly desirable, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success. Technical Requirements To ensure seamless connectivity and performance, you will need: An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, enabling efficient communication and data transfer. A reliable internet connection, excluding satellite internet, to maintain consistent connectivity.
