As a Client General Manager at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most important entertainment clients, identifying and delivering new opportunities, driving client and traveler satisfaction, and creating strategic solutions to meet their evolving needs. Job Overview The Client General Manager role at arenaflex is a critical position that requires a creative, expert, detail- and team-oriented individual to support our entertainment clients. As the primary point of contact for our clients' strategic needs, you will be responsible for identifying innovative solutions, having a strong understanding of the client and competitors, and possessing in-depth knowledge of the travel industry. You will work collaboratively with a high-performing team to ensure that client initiatives are fully delivered, and expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities Possess an in-depth understanding of your client's strategic objectives, key drivers of success, organizational culture, and business objectives. Provide guidance to customers in the assessment of goals and strategies to optimize performance across their program. Identify unique travel needs that exist for news, sports, film or TV production, and develop innovative solutions to enhance productivity and improve traveler/caller experience during service fulfillment. Establish partnerships with key business constituents, including Global Business Consulting, Client Services, Service Delivery, Implementations, Meetings & Events, and GCG Directors. Build a web of influence at key levels within the account and among affiliate studios working with our clients on specific productions. Understand and support the dynamic needs of entertainment travel, trends, and evolving requirements. Complete strategic account plans, focused on identifying ground-breaking business opportunities that enhance and optimize the customer experience. Create customer value, exceed customer expectations, strengthen client relationships, drive savings, increase retention, and optimize performance through process and data analysis. Lead the improvement of the arenaflex value proposition through consultation, technology road mapping, and optimizing online servicing solutions. Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, regional pricing strategies, and ongoing P&L management for the account. Research the marketplace and competitor products and services to highlight the value that distinguishes arenaflex products, using MI, benchmarking, and technology as critical value drivers. Enhance the arenaflex value proposition through policy consultation, researching white paper needs, technology road mapping, and optimizing online solutions. Represent arenaflex to Media and Entertainment prospects as a subject matter expert. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a passion and excitement for the unique needs of entertainment clients, as well as proven success and demonstrable positive results in global account/client management or project management experience. You should have experience/knowledge of Media and Entertainment Travel, as well as a proven track record of upselling products, services, and solutions to increase client revenue and profitability. Essential Qualifications Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies, building action plans, and setting goals. Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions addressing the outstanding needs of entertainment travel. Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills required, in addition to prioritization and planning skills. Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions. Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain a comprehensive network, both internally and externally, to successfully navigate through client organizations. A sophisticated range of communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value proposition knowledge in a variety of contexts. Strong financial acumen required to leverage the key drivers of profitability. Strong business acumen required to communicate the arenaflex value proposition. Strong analytical mindset. Preferred Qualifications Previous large market/multinational client/global experience preferred. Possess a strong understanding of the Global Business Travel marketplace. Travel Operations knowledge required. Demonstrated knowledge of Business Travel Service Delivery and Client Management. Solid understanding of Business Travel Service Delivery technology/tools and processes. Advanced software skills (MS Office) required. A love of travel, entertainment, and learning.
