About the Role We are looking for a full-time Client Outreach and Customer Support Specialist who shares our enthusiasm for road safety and is eager to contribute to our mission. The successful candidate will be working from home on a graveyard shift, either in CST or PST time zones, and will be responsible for a mix of outbound calling, emails, chats, meetings, webinars, and more. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships, and is adept at navigating initial objections and questions with professionalism and poise. Key Responsibilities Engage in outbound calling to potential customers to build relationships and set appointments with key decision-makers, including executives such as CEOs and vice presidents. Attend online conferences and webinars to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and to represent blithequark in a professional and engaging manner. Navigate and overcome initial objections and questions from potential clients, providing them with valuable insights into how our video analytics solutions can address their road safety challenges. Document all outreach efforts and conversations in our CRM system, Hubspot, and Excel, ensuring that all interactions are meticulously recorded and easily accessible for future reference. Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring that all clients receive timely, effective, and courteous service, regardless of the communication channel they prefer. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to have related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales, with a strong background in customer service. You must demonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, and excel at interpersonal skills, which are crucial for building and maintaining relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders. Strong English Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both on the phone and via email, is essential. You should be able to articulate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner and have excellent listening skills. Customer Service Excellence: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions, whether with potential or existing clients, are positive and reflective of blithequark's values and mission. Interpersonal Skills: The ability to work well in a team environment, be an adaptive learner, and demonstrate good time management skills are all critical for success in this role. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having experience in appointment scheduling, customer support, and phone etiquette is highly desirable. Proficiency in English is required, and the ability to work flexible hours, including an 8-hour shift on a morning shift, is necessary.
