As a Clinical Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting clinical data to drive business insights and support strategic clinical consultations. Position Summary The Clinical Support Analyst will work closely with Clinical Advisors and internal partners to analyze client data requests, regulatory requests, and business insights. This role requires strong analytical, research, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. As a Clinical Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and present clinical data to support strategic clinical consultations and client requests Evaluate healthcare information from various sources to identify trends and business insights Utilize data tools to support Clinical Advisors in responding to data requests and client queries Work with Clinical Advisors to analyze client data requests, regulatory requests, and business insights Support the maintenance of Utilization Management Microsites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements Provide consultative analysis of results and suggest additional analysis or innovative solutions as needed Collaborate with internal partners to ensure accurate representation of pharmacy benefit data Design and develop customized solutions to meet client needs, driving accuracy, clarity, efficiency, and automation Work collaboratively with CVS Health clients during virtual meetings using a client-centered approach Provide guidance and best practices for available tools and existing processes Utilize proprietary systems, reporting tools, and software to generate necessary client reporting and conduct research Essential Qualifications 2 years of work experience in a health plan, PBM, pharmacy, benefits, or insurance background 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office suite, including proficient skills in Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to track and handle issues Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and effectively manage workload Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy experience preferred Pharmacy Technician certification preferred Project Management Experience Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis in Excel and/or Access 3+ years of experience in client/customer service-based environment Excellent knowledge of Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) industry preferred Education High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.80. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
