As a College Intern - Outreach Ambassador, you will play a vital role in spreading the word about our co-ownership service to parents of college students, helping families discover a smarter way to invest in their students' housing. Role Overview and Responsibilities As an Outreach Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, engaging with parents of college students through various channels, including social media, email, events, and more. Your primary goal will be to introduce them to our co-ownership model and clearly explain the benefits of co-owning off-campus housing, including financial growth and security. You will also build networks, connecting with other students and their families, creating a community of co-owners who support each other. Additionally, you will drive enrollment, encouraging parents to explore our service and helping them take the first steps toward co-ownership. Other key responsibilities include: Engaging with parents through various channels to introduce them to our co-ownership model Educating and informing parents about the benefits of co-owning off-campus housing Building networks and creating a community of co-owners Driving enrollment and encouraging parents to explore our service Collaborating with our research team to refine market research Advocating for change and sharing the positive impact of turning rent into assets Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for motivated and passionate college interns who are currently enrolled in college or university. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills, with a passion for helping others and making a difference. You should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, with an interest in real estate, finance, or community building being a plus. Strong leadership in student organizations is also desirable. Students enrolled in top universities such as USC, Berkeley, UMI, Brown, NYU, Columbia, and Northwestern are encouraged to apply.
