As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Internal Body Shop, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with various stakeholders, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Work scheduling maintenance to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs Act as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly Prepare for vehicle arrivals, including coordinating with customers and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order Manage WARP and CCC arrivals, ensuring that all vehicles are properly inspected and processed Communicate with customers to set expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with our services Coordinate rental vehicles and handoffs, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience Provide regular vehicle status updates to customers and stakeholders Reorder materials and components as needed to ensure timely completion of repairs Conduct repair reviews and deliveries, ensuring that all vehicles meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications A certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the field Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to customers and stakeholders Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors Microsoft Office experience is preferred, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to teach others and share knowledge and expertise Comfortable working in a collision shop environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry Knowledge of collision repair processes and procedures, including estimating, repair planning, and quality control Familiarity with WARP and CCC systems, as well as other industry-specific software and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
