Experienced Compliance Analyst for Remote Customer Care Operations – Financial Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Expertise

Job Summary As a Compliance Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance management and oversight of compliance within our finance team. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of a framework for continuous assessment of risks, evaluating the testing of Internal Financial Controls (IFCs), and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, laws, and statutory regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving a culture of compliance within our finance team and partnering with stakeholders to ensure that our operations are aligned with the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities • Support the development of a framework for continuous assessment of risks at blithequark finance • Work with legal and external teams towards implementation and compliance with new regulatory modifications relevant to blithequark Finance • Monitor testing of Internal Financial Controls (IFCs) as described under the Companies Act 2013 associated with Corporate Finance • Assist initiatives in the finance groups to ensure that internal/external audit observations are addressed and necessary actions are taken within the dedicated timelines for the closure of the observations • Support STPI-SEZ statutory compliance with daily activities • Manage GRC system in Archer, including evaluation of compliance with Finance, Treasury, Tax, HR – Payroll & STPI & SEZ compliance • Ensure compliance with withholding taxes, Customs associated Acts, GST, MSME, Companies Act, and other relevant regulations • Partner with the FAR team, HR, and legal teams to ensure all Human Resources associated statutes are complied with • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and assist in physical verification of fixed assets • Build and evaluate RACI and assist teams within Corporate Finance • Assist team members in compliance with the Information Protection Policies and data management of the company • Prepare a compliance dashboard for management to provide and update on Operational and Compliance status Reporting and Working Relationships You will report to the Sr Manager Finance Compliance and work closely with the finance pyramid team members and other key clients. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex compliance issues effectively will be essential in this role. Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • A college degree in accounting • Preferably a Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary with 1-4 years of post-qualification work experience • Experience from industry or reputed auditing firms (ideally audit practice/compliance) • Knowledge of indirect taxation/STPI & SEZ/HR law expertise/FEMA • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in detail • Good communication skills • Proficiency in basic accounting systems Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you should have: • A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks • Experience in risk management and internal controls • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be an advantage: • Experience in compliance management and regulatory affairs • Knowledge of GRC systems and compliance software • Certifications in compliance, risk management, or internal auditing • Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
