**Experienced Consultant, Global Equity – Inventory Plan Management and Data Entry Specialist**

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be part of a team that supplies inventory plan management, ensuring operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a remote data entry role, with a focus on inventory plan management and data analysis. **What You’ll Do for Us** As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will contribute to the following key responsibilities: * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Support fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Review and maintain fairness management methods and documentation * Perform other fairness plan management tasks, as requested **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Functional Skills: + Strong attention to detail + Clear communicator + Data analysis + Customer service focus **What We’ll Do For You** * Be part of a diverse group environment among fairly professional professionals * Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures **Skills** * Data Analysis; Accounting; Customer-Focused; Incentive Plans; Payroll; Stock Options; Equities; Stock Plan Administration; Cross-Functional Teamwork; Detail-Oriented **Benefits** * At blithequark, we empower our employees globally to prioritize their development by building skills and taking on new experiences * We offer clarity on where you stand in the company through professional plans and conversations that put you in the driver’s seat of your personal development * We are steadfast in our conviction that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace enriches our organization and strengthens our global impact * Our long-term objectives embody three key goals: 1) cultivating a workforce that reflects the diverse markets we serve 2) striving for fairness for all 3) setting the standard for an inclusive workplace and celebrating uniqueness * At blithequark, we understand the value of investing in our people and providing a competitive offering – Total Rewards.
