Job Overview We're seeking a driven and entrepreneurial individual who will support a team in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. The scope of work requires the ability to pivot from program strategy, to development, to operations, to experience design, to geo status. The successful candidate should be high-energy, proactive, passionate about customer experience, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. Key Responsibilities Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program managers on the best ways to meet objectives. Orchestrate content from various sources. Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all the organization's content, and track which parts are performing well and which ones need to be updated. Participate in rapid prototyping and testing. Develop innovative solutions with our IT and Product Management teams that will help accelerate sales, improve the overall customer experience, and drive sales. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners; experience working in a geo-diverse environment is highly preferred. Deep experience with content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to achieve more sales. Comprehensive understanding of arenaflex products' features, benefits, and applications. Excellent analytical ability with the capacity to turn basic metric customer experience data into effective content strategies. Past experience with content management tools to influence front-and back-end solutions; Adobe Experience Manager is a plus. Flexibility, ability to handle ambiguity, and a capacity to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is a must. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: BS/MS degree in a relevant field. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and tools. Knowledge of customer experience design principles and methodologies.
