Our care coordinators work closely with clients to develop personalized plans that meet their unique needs and goals. **The Role** As a Contract Data Entry Specialist – Care Coordination, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining client data related to healthcare services, referrals, and outreach efforts. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365. You will work closely with care coordinators and administrative staff to process client information efficiently and ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter, update, and verify client and case management data in internal systems * Maintain accurate records related to healthcare services, referrals, and outreach efforts * Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms * Use MS Excel to organize, sort, and analyze data as needed * Utilize Office 365 applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) for documentation and communication * Work closely with care coordinators and administrative staff to process client information efficiently * Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and HIPAA regulations **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field * Proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and HIPAA regulations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in healthcare or a related field * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software * Certification in medical coding or a related field * Experience working with diverse populations and communities **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
