As a key member of our Functional Services Team, you will play a critical role in managing our extensive fleet of over 1700 vehicles, ensuring seamless operations across 400 locations worldwide. Your Opportunity As a Corporate Fleet Coordinator with Stantec, you will have the opportunity to work with internal clients, fleet management vendors, and external resources to ensure the efficient management of our fleet. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including: Coordinating with internal Stantec clients and fleet management vendors to order vehicles, review maintenance and repairs, add/delete insurance coverage, renew licensing and registration, monitor fuel usage, and dispose of vehicles coming out of service Processing invoices with our fleet management vendor and Stantec Fleet Contacts Reconciling fleet inventory with Stantec's fixed assets Overseeing vehicle mileage reporting in conjunction with finance and payroll Monitoring, organizing, and addressing Fleet Management emails with the Fleet Management team Key Responsibilities As a Corporate Fleet Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: Vehicle Management Ordering vehicles, reviewing maintenance and repairs, and disposing of vehicles coming out of service Managing insurance coverage, licensing, and registration for our fleet Monitoring fuel usage and implementing strategies to optimize fuel efficiency Invoice Processing and Reconciliation Processing invoices with our fleet management vendor and Stantec Fleet Contacts Reconciling fleet inventory with Stantec's fixed assets Reporting and Communication Overseeing vehicle mileage reporting in conjunction with finance and payroll Monitoring, organizing, and addressing Fleet Management emails with the Fleet Management team Qualifications To succeed as a Corporate Fleet Coordinator with Stantec, you will need: Education and Experience Related post-secondary education is preferred Two years' related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience Skills and Competencies Excellent communication skills Integrity and professional ethics Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at a time Process-oriented and always looking for improved processes and efficiencies Client-focused and driven to find answers and solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Stantec, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
