As a remote customer service representative, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their customers. **Your Role** As a remote credit card customer service representative, you'll be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for our clients. Your tasks will include: * Resolving card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of 1-2 assigned clients * Providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution * Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries **Minimum Qualifications** * High School Diploma or Equivalent * A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months * Ability to complete an on-demand digital interview as part of the application process * Flexibility and openness to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts and working weekends as part of your weekly schedule * Ability to be on camera at all times * US-based role only **Preferred Qualifications** * 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months * Banking customer service experience **Desired Skills and Capabilities** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes * Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments * Works under close supervision **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs * Comprehensive training and support to ensure your success * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
