**Experienced Customer Care Advisor – Sustainable Solutions and Renewable Energy Financing**

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for initiating the sales process, building and managing prospect lists, and generating qualified leads that will be passed on to designated sales staff for follow-up. Our platform has led to more than $27 billion in financing for sustainable solutions since 2018, and we're proud to support our award-winning nonprofit, GivePower, which is building and deploying life-saving water and clean electricity systems across Africa, Asia, and South America. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, representing us as a subject matter expert during calls with customers, and working to build strong relationships with them. You'll also be responsible for updating our systems to ensure that each interaction with a customer is well documented, and for escalating issues to management when necessary. **Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities** * Represent blithequark as a subject matter expert during calls with customers * Provide exceptional customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills * Offer additional blithequark products to customers that may benefit from our other services * Update blithequark systems to ensure each interaction with a customer is well documented * Handle issues with diplomacy to ensure that every customer is happy with their experience with blithequark * Escalate issues to management when necessary and ensure customer concerns are explained effectively and clearly * Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by manager **Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities** * 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience * Previous solar customer service or sales experience highly desired * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Demonstrates ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion * Embraces change and is flexible to the needs of the business and team * Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership * Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic is a must **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong knowledge of sustainable solutions and renewable energy technologies * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in CRM software and other customer-facing tools **Compensation & Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $22/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **Additional Information** Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
