About the Role The Customer Care Advocate plays a vital role in providing outstanding support to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving issues promptly. As a liaison between patients and our business, you will be responsible for managing requests with sensitivity and urgency, adhering to compliance and regulatory expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to deliver personalized support, educate patients on our products and services, and drive a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues related to products, services, and patient enrollment Respond to inquiries, complete daily tasks, and provide verbal and written information to external and internal customers and accounts Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients, and arenaflex associates Ensure CRM compliance, process, and documentation Manage tickets and emails in a timely fashion Handle inbound and outbound call work as assigned Participate in meetings and training sessions in a Zoom environment, utilizing camera and audio equipment Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment (60+ activities per day) Experience in a fast-paced patient or healthcare provider-focused environment (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software, such as Salesforce.com (preferred) Demonstrated ability to understand and meet individual level metrics assigned Strong evidence of excellent customer service via phone, email, fax, or web modalities Commitment to helping people and resolving issues, including those that require independent thinking and sound judgment skills Strong commitment to quality and patience in stressful situations Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong skillset in keyboarding and typing (40 WPM) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in healthcare/medical device companies (non-insurance based) Previous experience working in a remote or home office environment Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy requirements, including security of environment for home office Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
