Job Overview As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, live chat, and email. Your goal will be to create raving fans by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and offering personalized support. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to customers Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
