Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, live chat, and email. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary. Work independently to solve unique customer problems, thinking creatively and outside the box. Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer care processes. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution rates, and average handling times. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications. Reliable internet connection, secure and quiet work environment, and necessary equipment to perform the job duties. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the lighting industry or online retail. Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
