You'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone * Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and de-escalating customer concerns * Multi-tasking using proprietary software programs to track and document calls * Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues * Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers via call and email * Maintaining productive relationships with peers through positive team work * Working with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs * Performing other duties as assigned **What You'll Need to Succeed** To excel in this role, you'll need: * High School diploma or equivalent * Authorized to work in the US * At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience * Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types * Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively **A Comprehensive Benefits Package** At blithequark, we take care of the whole you.
