Job Responsibilities We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care and Sales Engineer professional to join our team. As a critical part of our business process, you will be responsible for growing new business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: Proactively building and fostering strong relationships to increase sales potential and meet sales objectives Own the effectiveness of the sales cycle from start to finish, with a focus on getting started and driving results Utilizing CRM in HubSpot to track and move business through the pipeline and sales process for accurate forecasting Creating new business and leads on a continuous basis Providing cost estimates, credit terms, and planning sales for orders received Working with clients to create arrangements and ensuring a smooth sales process Gathering sales data to track the effectiveness of effort endeavors and adjusting the approach to improve results Answering current and potential client inquiries about products, installation, pricing, and lead times in a way that adheres to sales practices and supports clear communication Understanding and conveying motivation programs/contributions to clients when appropriate Planning reports of sales and maintaining account management Entering new client information and other sales data for current clients into the CRM database Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive and independent with the ability to step up and take initiative Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software A valid, insurable driver's license Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in the energy-efficiency industry or a related field Knowledge of LED lighting systems, advanced controls, EV Charging Stations, and Energy Monitoring Experience with CRM software, particularly HubSpot Certifications, licenses, or registrations relevant to the industry Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
