This part-time Associate-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and offers a unique opportunity to work with a global entertainment leader. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Walt Disney's products, services, and promotions to ensure a seamless customer experience. Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes. Utilize CRM software to log customer interactions, track issue resolution, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. Stay current on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
