Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the improvement of Character customer experiences across various client experience spaces, analyzing existing CX streams, and designing tests for identity capture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, field, and analytics groups, to foster examinations and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support the improvement of Character customer experiences across various client experience spaces Analyze existing CX streams at different touchpoints Design tests for identity capture and interpret the customer experience design that would enhance identity capture and utilization Develop an execution plan for select experience execution and collaborate with item, field, and analytics groups to foster examinations Participate in cross-functional meetings, partnering with product and surveys to validate tests Manage tests in the field and send tests in arrangement with arenaflex field operations teams Collaborate with analytics to interpret results and suggest and implement improvements Track progress of the analysis, set up and execute reporting structure, and develop metrics to beat expected challenges Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field 7+ years of experience in Operations roles, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or Omni environment 5+ years of experience executing new initiatives in a store environment Strong and proven ability to influence internal stakeholders Proven expertise in executing successful initiatives Experience with Agile techniques and project management tools Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Leadership of cross-functional teams or projects Master's degree in Operations Management or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
